2. I wear a white hat most of the time…my
work requires I do a great deal of data
analyses. Wearing a white hat is familiar.
BUT…
What I really love is thinking up
and playing with new ideas
including how to use data so I
love going green and being
creative.
3. I’m not happy wearing a
black hat, being cautious or
discussing what won’t work.
When I work at discussions
of risk, I feel like a woman
wearing a black hat with a
mourning veil. It has to be
done, but I don’t like it.
I also don’t like wearing the
intuitive hat, since being too
spontaneous keeps me from
finishing projects on schedule.
4. In working with my teams for this class, I
have tended to be very BLUE in my couture to
complete projects in the short time allotted.
For this assignment, I spent time being
logical to mine data, and being creative with
some silly ideas. I spent little time being
intuitive, and didn’t have much time to be
cautious although noted a team mate doing
that uncharacteristically. I like to wear the
Yellow hat best with the team: that we can
achieve our task when we work together!
