In your next team interaction, try on several different "hats" and see how they
feel. Briefly describe the experience.
White-Logical: I am an engineer and therefore I suppose that i use logic in
solving stuff. Maybe I have a close minded, for trying everything to be as logical as possible, but at the
same time I have a fantastic spirit that allows me a degree of freedom
Green- creative: I try to be creative and it inspires me to do courses
like this. I think you can always learn if you have the interest and an
open mind for new things, but always I am afraid of not being good
enough
Red-Intuitive: Intuition makes me think of computer programs that are developed and are
always asked to be intuitive. I guess I feel that I am the least intuitive , because I am quite complicated.
Blue-Organized: I like being a perfectionist at work and not leave things halfway. So I
try to review everything before passing it to a client. In a team, each member contributes his part and
make a correct unification before sending to the client . I am a planner and I like doing things in an
organized and time.
Black- Cautious: I now feel good with the back hat also, especially at work

2. Yellow-Optimistic: I feel good with the yellow hat. I always like to take the positives
things from people, but I find it harder if people do not know each other and work online.
