This document outlines an executive training program consisting of 6 units: 1) enhancing personal influence, 2) strategically managing performance, 3) creating thinking space and managing time, 4) organizational structuring options, 5) negotiation and conflict management, and 6) driving positive culture change. It provides tools and strategies for creating thinking space, such as scheduling buffer time between meetings, planning each day, and practicing mindfulness. The goal is for participants to get their thinking straight and leave a positive legacy through orchestrating their thinking, time, and actions.
