 Shift from a “victim” to being a “creator of one’s
destiny”…
 Acceptance of the ideal of contributorship..
 The willingness to take full responsibility for one’s
own development..
 The capacity to reflect on one’s development and
make appropriate modifications..
EXAMPLE:
Non-contributor always afraid of
doing new things…..
Contributor is always ready to
take new challenges….

CONCLUSION:
 Every time we step out of our “comfort
zone”.We take one step forward on the
journey of contributorship.

Think in Enlightened
self-interest
“Enlightened Self-Interest”
 In every situation contributor find a
way to create a good for self and good
for all at the same time.
Non-contributor is only concerned with
his/her own self interest but not
concerned about the impact on the
other person.
EXAMPLE:
Non-contributor focus on
personal success….
Contributor focus on ‘we’ not
‘I’…..
Sachin believed in enabling and
helping his teammates grow. In his
success, he saw the success of
team India…..
