Course Evaluation System based on NCEAC Proforma.
 This is a dynamic computerized solution that assists its user by the
provision of user friendly interface for filling up NCEAC Proforma.
This project is mainly used for DCS&IT (UAJK) different activates,
like research and department work of teachers.
To Provide Statistical result of some mainly parameter of UAJK which
is also use by NCEAC.

This Course Evaluation System is so designed as to ease the
work load of Teachers.
 Course Evaluation System is a system that uses computers or
mobile devices to fill the Teacher Evaluation Performa from
anywhere.
This system also provide facilities to the Students and
Teachers of the UAJK to check recommended course, books,
and author for specific Semester .

EXISTING SYSTEM
In the existing system, process starts with the physical appearance of
the description of courses by teachers.
Teachers fill Performa after attending class in which he described the
timing, day, topic covered, courses and all other information manually.
Teachers submit the Performa to the department for keeping record.
 This process is very time consuming and record can be lost due
different issues.
 Teachers faced difficulties during evaluation.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
 The users will now use Web based application to start their
accreditation process computerized.
 In this project, we have developed an online platform in which
faculty staff will provide authenticated login to ensure security from
avoiding illegal intrusion.
 Faculty will fill their Performa and download it. CES DCS&IT
provides a 24/7 available webpage for the teachers.
 Teachers can add course detailed in Proforma after taking classes.
 Record will be save and teachers can print it as needed.
 On the whole, it eliberates the teachers from keeping lengthy manual
process. In a nutshell, it abates the work load of an organization.
