Problem Statement
In Remote Learning Tool, students of particular
institute take classes far away from the institute.
This system enables students that they can take
 classes, download lectures and pay fee without
coming to the institute..

Purpose & Scope

The scope of the system is:
•     To Develop an application (using .Net for creating
      different forms and database connectivity), that
      maintain the management of the institute.
•     Reliable for administration as well as for students as
      it is online system
•     Generate reports of each account of the students and
      manage fee accounts.
•     Provide online lecture facility in different formats.

Objective
              Developing an online academy
               Where students can create their account
              Could choose their subjects
              And take lectures in following formats
                                  audio
                                  video
                                  doc
                                  pdf
              could pay certain fee for registration in form of pay order
              Temporary account will be open for 1-2 lectures of their choice for free.
              Permanent account will be activated after receiving the fee.
              Students will be provided user name and passwords to access their
               accounts
              A virtual library will be the part of system for the students to gain
               knowledge relevant to their subject.

• Software Development life cycle gives us a step wise
  approach of software development steps.

• We have selected combination of 4th/5th GL & RAD
  Process Model for our project Development

EXISTING SYSTEM

    The existing system is totally manual.
    Records are not maintained properly.
    Students have to come into the institute for
    their classes. No student is able to take
    classes if he/she not comes to the institute.

PROBLEMS EXISTING
       SYSTEM
     Disable persons couldn’t come to institute for taking
     classes
     Job holders couldn’t able to continue their studies
     Lectures couldn’t repeated
     Problem faces due to weather condition
     It was expensive also
     It was not easy to manage
     It was slower
     There was a lot of problem to arrange so many class
     rooms
     For it you’d have to come at a specific place

•   The web based software application can be developed by managing the development
    by following modules.
Module 1:
database for students
•       Their bio data
           Subjects
•           Lecture Records (How many lectures have taken)
•           Fees
•           Tests
•           Results
•           Re take option if result is unsatisfactory.
•           Promotion in case of satisfactory result.

 Administrator will be able to Create“Course Categories” such as Microsoft, Ci, Sun java
andOracle.

Update Cources:
    Administrator will be able to Update“Course Categories” such as Microsoft, Ci, Sun
java and            Oracle.
Login For Cources:
        In Public section user will be login ,registered for cources, select
cources, maintain his/her profile, chose specific course and solve the questionier.

Facility to see answer:
User can also see the right answers of wrong question.
