Café Romara is a fine dining restaurant
located in San Jose, Sogod, Southern Leyte. It
is owned by Ms. Mareva Mae S. Trocio. The
manager of the café is Ms. Hazel Honor,
under her, she mans the accounting team
headed by Mr. Hemar S. Seraspe, CPA and Ms.
Anne Bernales, CPA. Under them are the
cashier, procurement team, and inventory
specialist.

Ms. Honor also looks out the kitchen team,
headed by the Master Chef, Mr. Gilly Talaro,
and Mr. Ian Dino. Under them are assistant
chefs and dishwashers. Costumer service
management team is also a look out of the
manager, it is headed by Mr. Earrold Soler
and Mr. John Murcia. They lead the waiters,
and café attendants.

This fine dining restaurant has both outdoor
and indoor seating. Café Romara’s interior
and exterior is modernly chic, has comfy
designs that is perfect for a fancy date night.
The restaurant offers Asian dishes with
twists in flavors, the kitchen team elevate
their dishes with modern techniques. Not
only that, Café Romara is also known for
their great and warm services.

Per 2023 survey, the Café had 2500 total
costumers in which 1,800 of it came from
Sogod, 250 came from Tomas Oppus, 120 came
from Bontoc, 100 from Libagon, 50 from
Maasin, and 180 from other province. The bulk
of costumers is indeed a manifestation of how
good and sumptuous the food in the Café is.
The management team conducted a research
from 2021, 2022, and 2023.

The goal of their research is to find out their
sales for three years. In 2021, the total sales
was 350,000 pesos, in 2022 the sales rose to
620,000 pesos, and in 2023 their sales rose to
a jaw dropping amount of 1,200,000 pesos.
The research findings were beneficial to the
Café because they were able to lay out plans
to improve more their service.

these two marine animals is their
habitat. They both live in the vast

They also have the same fin structure.
