sure it is reliable.

various typographical
styles, such as italics,
bold type, different
points, caps, short
clever heads.

8.  Avoid unkind refences
to people.

 Write with conviction.

9.  Maintain your focus.
 Refer to facts.
 Use analogies.
 Be critical.

10.  Localize and personalize.
