This document describes the Corporate Rebels United movement, which aims to promote innovation and change within large organizations. It outlines the problems with current organizations not keeping pace with today's world. The movement's goals are to define the values of a modern 21st century organization and promote those values within their own networks. The movement has grown to over 700 members across several countries and industries. Their plans for 2014 include having 2000 members, further documenting practices, and holding events to encourage people to take agency within their organizations.
