Corona virus was first identified as the cause of the common cold in 1960. In one study carried out in Canada in 2001, more than 510 patients presented with flu-like symptoms. Virological analyses showed that 3.7% of these cases were positive for the HCoV-NL63 strain by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Until 2002, the corona virus was considered a relatively simple, nonfatal virus; however, an outbreak in 2002–2003 in the Guangdong province in China, which resulted in spread to many other countries, encompassing Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong Singapore, and the United States of America, causes severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and high mortality rates in over 1000 -1100 patients.

Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.
The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face.
The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow).

Human Coronaviruses (HCoV) exhibit positive single stranded RNA genome with enveloped nucleocapsid. Coronavirus belongs to the family Coronaviridae, originated from avian and mammalian species causes upper respiratory tract infection in humans by novel HCoVs viruses named as HCoV-HKU1, HCoV-NL63 but predominant species is Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS-CoV) across the world. HCoV-HKU1 sp. is associated with chronic pulmonary disease, while HCoV-NL63 causes upper and lower respiratory tract disease in both children and adults, but most recent one was MERS-CoV, which caused acute pneumonia and occasional renal failure. The novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 is a new strain that causes the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) as named by the World Health Organization. According to the recent world statistics report about the COVID-19 cases approx. 101,500 confirmed cases and 3,500 death cases appeared. And mostly, a case of infection with CoV was identified in Wuhan, China. Structurally viral genome constitutes of 2/3rd of replicase gene encoding ORFs regions and rest of the 1/3rd region of genome form the structural proteins. The aim of the study was to understand the viral genetic systems in order to facilitate the genetic manipulation of the viral genome and to know the fundamental mechanism during the viral replication, facilitating the development of antidotes against the virus.
Trends in the geometric size and rated power capacity of offshore wind turbines, the main components of an OWT system, encompassing a typical monopile foundation, the substructure, transition piece, the tower, rotor blades and nacelle (hub). Modern OWTs are installed with either pitch-regulated blades or variable rotational speed systems in order to allow optimisation of the power production over a wide range of prevailing wind speeds. The rotational speed of the main rotor shaft is typically between about 10 and 20 rp. Key electromechanical components of the wind turbine, including the gearbox and the generator (Roberts et al.,2007). The gearbox may cause efficiency losses for the wind turbine and is the particular source of the noise. Recent developments in the design of permanent magnet generators have made it possible to construct some types of wind turbines without the requirement for a gearbox. In this case, the rotor is mainly connected directly to a low-speed multi-pole generator that rotates at the same speed, termed the direct-drive unit. Removing the gearbox mainly removes one of the key components requiring more maintenance, and that is mainly prone to failure. This simplification of the mechanical part allows reductions in size and the mass of the nacelle (Gilling, 2009).

Fourteen billion gallons of ethanol were synthesized in the USA from cornstarch in 2014. Approximately 40% of the current USA corn crop is availed to produce ethanol and is not likely to expand anymore, because the remainder of the crop is being availed for animal feed and human food. Ethanol is produced from cane sugar in Brazil at a level of 7.2 billion gallons in the year 2014. The renewable energy source is the major terrain to be considered (Sreeremya, 2019).

They are common engineering materials in modern architecture and primarily availed for roofing and facade cladding due to their significance of visual appearance (important from an architectural perspective in terms of the design or during renovation of modern or ancient cultural building), ductility, malleability, the atmospheric corrosion resistance and long-term performance. When exposed to air, the copper forms a brownish-green or greenish blue corrosion layer, often denoted as the patina. Copper patina is commonly known as an aesthetically pleasing surface, and one reason for the extensive use of the copper metal and copper-based alloys in both the ancient and modern architecture. One of the most famous examples is the Statue of Liberty in the harbor of the New York, US.
Bronze alloys are the family of copper-based alloys traditionally alloyed with tin. Bronze alloys are of the exceptional historic interest and still finds wide applications.

Inappropriate handling of the BMW may have serious public health consequences and the significant impact on the environment. Major hospitals contribute substantially to the quantum of generation of the BMW. Smaller hospitals, the nursing homes, clinics, the pathological laboratories and blood banks also have major contribution to BMW. The common methods adopted for the BMW disposal are incineration and land filling. As people have seen, the giant industrial wind farms, small household wind turbines, and also everything in between are erecting all over the places. In 2012, the electricity capacity from the wind power in the total electric capacity is about 7.2% in EU, 2.0% in China, and 3.6% in US. Nevertheless, most people agree that wind energy should claim much greater share of the future energy supply. For eg:-, the United States is working on an ambitious target of 21% total electricity capacity by 2030. Indeed, wind energy is one of the fastest growing energy sources today and also in the foreseeable future. However, findings a suitable site to build the wind farm or simply set up the wind turbine is not always easy. The wind must be strong and must be consistent; the tower cannot obstruct the view; and the noise cannot disturb the local residence. Due to the fast growth of the population, it is aggrandizingly difficult to find a suitable place that is proper for a wind turbine yet will not interfere with the people’s everyday life (Srensen et al., 2002).

SYMPTOMS
The major symptoms of pellagra are dermatitis, dementia, and diarrhea. This is because niacin deficiency is most noticeable in the body parts with high rates of cell turnover, such as the skin or gastrointestinal tract (Goldberger et al., 1923).

RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

2. • INTRODUCTION
• Corona virus was first identified as the cause of the common cold in
1960. In one study carried out in Canada in 2001, more than 510
patients presented with flu-like symptoms. Virological analyses
showed that 3.7% of these cases were positive for the HCoV-NL63
strain by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Until 2002, the corona
virus was considered a relatively simple, nonfatal virus; however, an
outbreak in 2002–2003 in the Guangdong province in China, which
resulted in spread to many other countries, encompassing Thailand,
Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong Singapore, and the United States of
America, causes severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and high
mortality rates in over 1000 -1100 patients.
3. • A total of 8097 individuals were infected with this virus,
resulting in 773 deaths; thus, in 2004, the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health
Organization (WHO) declared a state of emergency . In
another report from Hong Kong, approximately 50 patients
presented with SARS, and more than 60% of these patients
were found positive for corona virus . The evolution of this
virus demonstrated that coronavirus is not quiet stable
virus and can adapt to become more virulent, even lethal,
to humans. Indeed, another outbreak in Saudi Arabia in the
year 2012 resulted in many deaths and spread first to other
countries in the Middle East and then worldwide, resulting
in the renewed interest in studies of this new form of
coronavirus(Reusken et al.,2014) .
4. • MICROBIOLOGY
• Corona virus is a single-stranded, enveloped RNA virus 1 that is of
shape spherical or pleomorphic in the shape with bear’s club-
shaped glycoprotein projections. There are subtypes of the corona
virus, alpha corona virus, beta corona virus, gamma corona virus,
and delta corona virus, and each subtype has many many
serotypes. For example, OC43-like and 229E–like have been shown
to mainly affect humans, whereas the other types mainly affect
animals . Corona viruses are transmitted via airborne zoonotic
droplets, and also viral replication occurs in the ciliated epithelium,
resulting in the cellular damage and inflammatory reactions at the
site of infection . In addition to humans, the corona viruses are also
found in bats, and also whales, pigs, birds, cats, dogs, and
mice(Perera et al.,2013) .
5. • Coronaviruses are allied with a wide variety of diseases of
man and other animals. The importance of this group of
viruses in both the medical and economic terms has
become aggrandizingly evident since the First International
Congress was held in Germany in the year 1980. The
application of modern molecular biology and immunology
has contributed to the new insights into understanding the
biology of the viruses and the pathogenesis of the diseases
they generate. The number of investigators has also
increased over the past few decades as evidenced by this
Congress which is thus far the largest and vastest ever
held(Nowotny et al.,2014). The significance and attraction
for veterinary, medical and basic scientists from the very
6. • Influence of relative humidity
• The relative humidity (RH) in the atmosphere plays a key role and
affects directly the amount of water on the metal surface. It was
assessed and reported that the atmospheric corrosion rate of
metals aggrandizes with the relative humidity during the
environmental atmosphere exposure. The presence of water is
quiet necessary for the atmospheric corrosion process and the
water layer acts as the medium for electrochemical reactions as
well as a solvent for atmospheric constituents. By the definition,
when relative humidity is 100%, the air is saturated with water. If
the water content in the air is aggrandized the air will be super-
saturated and the water condensation will occur on any surface
present, assuming that the surfaces are at the same temperature as
the air.
7. • The formation of the adsorbed layers of water on oxide covered and the
hydroxylated metal surfaces has been studied in several investigations.
Some researchers measured the water adsorption on the iron surface at
different temperatures and thus concluded that the amount of water on
the surface was only weakly dependent on the temperature. On the other
hand, few researchers showed that the amount of water on zinc decrease
3 times between 5 to80 °C. The presence of the hygroscopic salt particles
leads to absorption of water and formation of the bulk electrolyte layer on
the surface. This is usually accompanied with an abrupt aggrandize in the
corrosion rate of the metal (Syed, 2008). When the substance is dissolved
in a solvent, such as water, a decrease in the vapour pressure of the
solvent is mainly observed: Psolvent = asolventP0 solvent. The vapour
pressure of the solvent (Psolvent) is equal to vapour pressure of the pure
solvent (P0solvent) multiplied by activity of the solvent in the solution
(asolvent). The vapour pressure lowering has much significant
consequences for the formation of surface electrolyte layers on metal
surfaces.
