From June 2012 - till date - involved in delivering the CRM maintenance program for Finacle - CRM
solution specifically takes care of customer creation, marketing, sales etc.. and does application processing
(loan, credit cards) , service requests (address change, cheque book requests etc), Automatic escalation to
the concerned managers(as a tracking tool) in case of delays encountered in closure of assigned tasks. The
Solution is capable of interfacing with the multiple backend systems like core banking, credit card systems,
mutual funds etc., CRM also provide facility for accessing the applications through multiple channels like
Call Centre, IVR, Internet banking, mobile banking, Point of Sale, branch etc., The application is a secured
one with role based access privileges.
 Involved in the Maintenance and development activities for Finacle CRM.

This had a numerous challenges in terms of bringing in various teams together to build the architecture that
fits in to deploy in Linux platform, since it required the changes to the entire Finacle suite of solutions.
This was successfully build and go-live happened in multiple banks.
 I had managed this program through all its challenges till the beta go-live
 Built an Integrated Project Plan and made sure all the risks are well captured
 Co-ordinated with multiple teams on the effort , timelines and the dependency

Description : Nerves tries to extrapolate physical properties like density, porosity, Hydro-Carbon
content measured in well bore to an entire seismic volume containing those well bores. Nerves calculate a
“wavelet singularity spectrum of the seismic data near the well-bores, training a neural net to predict the
physical properties from this spectrum. The neural net is then applied to the entire seismic volume. Well-
bores are much more expensive than seismic surveys. The advantage of Nerves lies in trying to extrapolate
the findings of this measurement along one trace in the subsurface volume to the entire seismic volume.
Nerves get the input of seismic volume and well bore list, it then creates geometry file, creates training set,
train neural network and predict properties.

Duration: Nov’05’Feb’06 Description : Nerves tries to extrapolate physical properties like density, porosity, Hydro-Carbon content measured in well bore to an entire seismic volume containing those well bores. Nerves calculate a “wavelet singularity spectrum of the seismic data near the well-bores, training a neural net to predict the physical properties from this spectrum. The neural net is then applied to the entire seismic volume. Well- bores are much more expensive than seismic surveys. The advantage of Nerves lies in trying to extrapolate the findings of this measurement along one trace in the subsurface volume to the entire seismic volume. Nerves get the input of seismic volume and well bore list, it then creates geometry file, creates training set, train neural network and predict properties. The system is organized in a fashion that there is a store server that uses SQL database, these tables in the server are reflected as flat file to the registers, the register looks up the flat files for any of its process. There are various flat file for Price lookup file, item, discounts, the system looks up the corresponding file for process. The major components in the system are promotions, price lookup, tax, total, receipts, tender, electronic journal. Accountability:  Involved in the design reverse engineering of the project, to identify the areas of design flaws and identify components for enhancements. Duration : Dec’01– Oct’04 Description : Supernode Data Manager is a system which monitors the telecommunication network and groups together the various entities collected from the Telecommunication network, the system provides the billing service, network maintenance service, collects logs, Operation and measurement data, which reduces the overhead in the network, there are various application with respect to Telecommunication network data management which run over the Supernode data Manager. This is a fault tolerant system, which swacts between domains on identifying faults, the system audits for hardware faults, faults in the network and application faults and raises appropriate alarms. This system runs over multiple platforms such as AIX, SOLARIS. Accountability:  Managed collection of data of various billing formats from the Telecommunication network.  Involved in the development of operation measurement data from the telecommunication network.  Worked on the development of Supernode data manager platform software which maintains and organizes the management of various hardware modules  Involved in identifying and managing hardware faults across platform and served as a major contact for managing various hardware faults like identifying problem in storage area, network faults, link maintenance and various other issues which involve memory leaks and core dumps.
