Responsibilities in the Project:

Project 2 Details:

Duration: January 2016 till April 2016

Description:
Federal Bank has incorporated the financial banking solutions of Infosys, Finacle Core and Finacle CRM for its
business transactions. The Bank has migrated from Finacle 7x to 10x. Any issues, be it customization or product issues is
first analyzed at onsite and then sent for the next level of analysis offshore. The objective is to provide a bug free
environment for smooth handling of banking transactions and increase the business for the client.
Responsibilities in the Project:
 Requirements Management/Solution Design/Consulting activities across various Foreign Offices in SBI and
carries considerable Exposure in CRM to CORE functionalities.
 Onsite SPOC for CRM Implementation and Support.
 Handled the complete end to end activities consisting of Setups, Solution Consulting, Implementation,
Development and Testing.
 Responsible for the timely delivery of Customizations, Migration and Implementation with good quality.
 Responsible for Automation of the setups in CRM using SQL.

Project 3 Details:
Client: Dhofar Bank, Oman
Duration: June 2015 till January 2016

Description:
The Bank has incorporated Finacle CRM application. The CRM application had to be integrated with the Core
with the use of Finacle Integrator for creating new accounts and modifying existing accounts. The Customer
Information File (CIF) had to be modified and additional validations to be implemented in lieu of the stringent policies
as applicable in Oman.
Responsibilities in the Project:
 The support module which involves the major requests such as Address Change, Name Change, Passbook
Request etc. for customers were developed by me.
 This required working on Java, JavaScript (For Client side and Server side validations), xsl and SQL DB.
 I was also actively involved during the UAT phase post development and quick fixing of the issues to facilitate
smooth testing phase.
 Performed functional Testing depending on the business and functional requirements.
 Involved in preparation of system test plan based on Business Requirements Document and prepared the test
cases and test procedures.
 Prepared the UTP’s and Release documents.
 Defect status tracking and accounting for defects belonging to the BU’s.
 SPOC for Database changes, patch releases, patch deployments and server restarts.
Project 4 Details:
Client: FBN, Nigeria
Duration: November 2014 till June 2015

Description:
MEDBANK is an African Based Bank, which has incorporated the financial banking solutions of Infosys, Finacle
Core for its Core business transactions. The Bank has gone live in recent months and the support is now being given
post Go-Live from both offshore and onsite teams. Any issues, be it customization or product issues is first analyzed at
onsite and then sent for the next level of analysis offshore. The objective is to provide a bug free environment for
smooth handling of banking transactions and increase the business for the client.
Responsibilities in the Project:
 Have worked as a support person for Standard Bank for addressing various issues arising from customization
issues.
 My role was to provide the new Customizations as required by the bank and to fix the issues raised.
 Bank also wanted few modifications in the flow of the screens, which were implemented using FBA (Flow
Based Architecture).
