Description: Flight Data Monitoring & Analysis (FDMA) programs to assist an operator to identify,
quantify, assess and address operational risks. Most airlines download data from DFDR Flight Data
recorder to meet the regulatory requirements of DFDR Flight Data recorder equipment certification and
for monitoring Exceedance of flight parameters. DFDR Flight Data recorder equipment is primarily
looked at as an "accident investigation" tool. A FDMA system allows an operator to compare their
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with those actually achieved in everyday line flights. A feedback
loop, preferably part of a Safety Management System (SMS), will allow timely corrective action to be

Description: The FCAM is an accurate fuel monitoring tool for analyzing the effectiveness of an Airline's
Fuel Conservation Policy/ Program. It collates the required data from various Data sources: DFDR/ QAR,
OPS, Tech log, and CFP for fuel analysis. Fuel Analysis includes Exception Analysis (Plan vs Actual), SOP
compliance check, Fuel consumption Records, Plan vs Actual Flight Path, etc. Thereafter, it uses business
intelligence (BI) tools to build detailed statistical analysis of the fuel consumed giving graphical and tabular
summaries of fuel consumption trends and deviations from Planned fuel/ SOP. Identify specific KPI for
Monitoring & Measurement, Collate all data required for in-depth analysis, Easily identify areas that need to
be tightened, IOSA & EU-ETS Compliance and Proactively Control Fuel Burn
