This document outlines a course on the Continuing Professional Development of Higher Education Teachers. It includes 4 modules that cover the need for CPD of teachers, its aspects in India, and ICT initiatives to support it. The learning outcomes are to explore skills needed for teacher CPD and identify ICT initiatives. Students will be evaluated through MCQs, an assignment, and collecting similar videos. Resources will include online materials on teacher organizations, MOOCs, and reports on national and international CPD. An action plan is provided to implement flipped classroom using embedded videos, PPTs, and PDFs assessed through video collections, tests, and assignments.
