My opinion
This theory is great for encouraging students to teach
themselves while still having a teacher to facilitate
their learning. I know from experience as a
student, that students are more motivated when they
have themselves to rely on for learning. Students
have a natural drive for learning, and when
encouraged and motivated, they can very well “teach
themselves”.
