This document presents a case study on behavior-based safety (BBS) in construction, demonstrating its effectiveness in improving safety performance through goal-setting, feedback, and management commitment. The study highlights that a significant increase in safety performance was observed, with scores rising from 86% to 92.9% over nine weeks, demonstrating that BBS can reduce unsafe behaviors and enhance safe practices. The findings suggest that BBS techniques are adaptable across cultures and are valuable for improving safety in construction environments globally.
