2. ERIC REINGEWERTZ
Eric is the director of Africa Now, a Strategy & Research company based in Nairobi.
He is living in East Africa for the last 17 years. Previously he was the CEO for TNS
(Taylor Nelson Sofres group) East Africa, covering of in Kenya, Uganda and
Tanzania. He also head the Qualitative Research for West, East and Central Africa
Eric began working in East Africa in 2000, when he came in Nairobi to launch the
qualitative practice and train the team. He became Director of Client Service in East
Africa, managing a wide range of international clients across Africa, in various
sectors such as FMCG, Mobile & Technology, Finances and Political & Social.In 2006
Eric moved to Dubai as a Senior Director at TNS. In 2008 Eric became Managing
Director of TNS in Egypt & North Africa before moving back to Kenya as CEO for the East Africa Region.
Overtime, Eric has developed an in depth understanding of markets and consumers in Africa/Middle-East:
his passion is to turn his unique experience into strategic recommendations for international clients operating
in the region.
