payables for Nairobi Water Company.
Coordinated NCWSC corporate strategic planning and annual work plans, performance
contracting and subsequent implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as
corporate reporting.
Co-authored a research paper entitled ‘Multifaceted Approach to The Reduction of Non-
Revenue Water (NRW): A Case Of Nairobi City Water And Sewerage Company (NCWSC)’,
presented at the 2012 African Water Association (AFWA) 16th congress and exhibition at
Marrakech (Morocco), under the overall theme: ‘Collaborative Mechanism and Innovations
for Sustainable Development of Water and Sanitation Sector In Africa’. This informed the
creation of a department in the company to handle NRW matters.
