The document presents a design project for a multipurpose duster with wetting technology. It includes an introduction, mission statement, market analysis, survey interpretation, target specifications, preliminary design concepts, final design, cost analysis, design for assembly, payback analysis, supply chain model, conclusions, and future growth opportunities. The project aims to develop a lightweight, compact duster that can clean both white and black boards effectively using an exchangeable wet cleaning pad and integrated chalk/marker holders. Concepts were generated, screened, and a final design was selected using a spring-actuated sponge wetting system and snap-fit cover.

Erasable slates, a cheap but durable substitute for costly paper and ink, had been in use for centuries. Students could practice reading and writing on their slates anywhere but for larger maps and writing, blackboards were invented. Like many of the best tools blackboard is a simple machine
but with the innovations in the technology whiteboards are invented for eliminating the diseases caused by chalk powder used in blackboards.
i made this for presenting a tool which can help clean chalkboards effectively, regardless of its feasibility. Actually, this idea was not from me, and though my teacher knew how absurd and unreal this tool was, but she wanted us to "play" it's presentation.
A manufacturing process study for a formula style racecar chassis. Project\'s objective was to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying certain parts of the frame while maintaining satisfactory rigidity.
Whether you're interested in formula development and screening for research and development of your product, of looking to validate and support your product's claims, product performance testing is essential to maintaining a record of your product's capabilities and improvement. This presentation discusses how test methods are developed, and how you can be involved in test method creation for a range of products including all-purpose cleaners, glass cleaners, bathroom cleaners, oven cleaners, dish detergent and laundry detergents.
Additive manufacturing (AM) offers a few major benefits to biomedical applications. To improve the knowledge on AM possibilities, Sirris is organizing two different masterclasses. The first will address the technology, materials used and applications, with experts in the matter explaining all relevant aspects.

This paper will present a rigorous method for evaluating the performance and economic benefits of solder paste stencil nano-coatings. Criterion such as underside cleaning, bridging, transfer efficiency across SARs, solder paste deposit geometry, post-print cleaning, and abrasion resistance of the coating, will all be considered and weighted. Performance of currently available coatings will be compared. A discussion of the economic impact on current and future SMT design will be included.

It’s plastic body strength Duster can be sturdy
If I were given a chance to change something in a duster, I Duster can be used for both black and white board
would like to use a material so that it can work equally well
for both white and black boards.
Holding material Duster can be hold easily
The dusters currently being used does not absorb chalk Duster can absorb the dust
dusts; the dusts fly out in the air and sticks to hands. It
causes breathing and cleanliness problems. So dusters should
be able to grasp the dust it is designed for
Price Duster can be affordable
Appearance Duster can maintain aesthetic look
Size will be pocket size, some wetting agent to not leave Duster can be compact and clean properly
impression on board
Color Duster is good looking
I would have put a handle on it. Duster can be hold easily and firmly
Provide a better cleaning besides spreading chalk Duster can clean properly
The cleaning efficiency Duster can clean properly
Not about duster. But I prefer to have a color chalk, it would Duster can hold the chalk
be helpful specially when I want to draw diagram for student
I would want a wet duster Duster can absorb the dust and clean properly
After cleaning the blackboards, it remains a bit whitish; it Duster can erase properly
would be great if this whiteness can be removed
Better grip durable Duster can be long lasting

26. CONCLUSIONS
• Introduction of wetting technology.
• capable of holding markers and chalks.
• Best concept was chosen after comparing them with existing products on the basis of selection
criteria like manufacturing cost, material cost, product weight and customer needs importance.
• After selecting the concept, through cost model final specifications were planned.
• All the parts from the suppliers from other countries, efforts were made to design the
component as simple as possible and less in numbers.
• An approximate assembly time was calculated
• Finally, an estimation of the cost of product
• Overall, at the first look the product seems to attract enough customers because of its unique
features and a compatible price among its competitors. But there is always a chance to improve
the product by time to suit market needs.
27. FUTURE GROWTH
Further research can be performed on the improving the wetting technology system
better fluid for wetting technology
choice of material for the body parts
choice of material for the cleaning pad etc.
These factors can surely put significant effect in the growth of the product in the future.
