4. GENERAL OBJETIVE Construct a technological device that allows teachers an easier wiped off the board, simple, effortless and clean.
5. SPECIFIC OBJETIVES Designing an engine to clear the board easy and fast Build an automatic draft to help teachers Teamwork
6. JUSTIFICATION We conducted this research with the purpose of an artifact that allows the boards are erased faster and cleaner, to help teachers in clearing the board.
7. PRACTICABILITY This idea is very feasible as it would be particularly useful in schools where acrylic panels are used.
8. SETTING THEORETIC A chalkboard or blackboard is a reusable writing surface on which the text or pictures are made with chalk or other erasable markers. The boards were made of sheets originally smooth, thin black or dark gray stone slate. A blackboard can simply be a piece of board painted with matte dark paint (usually black or dark green). It's usually so dark green color as it is a less hard on the eyes than black. A modern variation consists of a sheet of plastic spiral deployed across two parallel rollers, which may be rolled to create additional space for writing while you save what has been written.
9. The boards are commonly used in teaching. The chalk marks can be cleaned quickly and easily erase with a damp cloth or a special blackboard eraser consisting of a block of wood covered by a cushion of felt. By contrast, wet chalk marks made on some types of slate can be difficult to remove. The bars of "chalk treated" are made especially for use with whiteboards, the most common white, but also in different colors. They do not really chalk rock, but of plaster. Blackboards have disadvantages: they produce a certain amount of dust depending on the quality of chalk used. Some people find it uncomfortable or may be allergic to it and there has been speculation about the possible relationship between the chalk dust and respiratory problems.
10. Blackboards have disadvantages: they produce a certain amount of dust depending on the quality of chalk used. Some people find it uncomfortable or may be allergic to it and there has been speculation about the possible relationship between the chalk dust and respiratory problems. However, other methods for displaying information are more expensive and have their own drawbacks. These disadvantages have led to widespread adoption of a whiteboard, using ink pens that produce no dust. Currently being installed interactive whiteboards, allowing handwritten notes to any computer projected image, and save images composed and control your computer from your own interactive whiteboard. In this case the system is composed usually by a computer, a video projector and interactive whiteboard itself. Their learning opportunities are enormous and it is handled with ease while not having computer skills.
