The Ukrainian government is launching a concession tender to construct a new 84.4 km highway between Lviv and Krakovets to modernize Ukraine's infrastructure. This project will be the first pilot concession and serve as a model for future road projects. Ukravtodor seeks a private partner to finance, build, and operate the highway to alleviate the burden on the national budget. The tender documentation has been developed according to international best practices and the winner will be selected based on experience, financial qualifications, and ability to complete construction on time.
