Business analysis is like a two-sided coin. On one side we have the business analysts tasks and techniques and the other side we have the underlying competencies, of which domain knowledge is the most important competency. A concept model is used to organise the business vocabulary needed to consistently and thoroughly communicate the knowledge of a domain.
