This document provides instructions for students to complete lessons 3 and 4 of an autobiographical writing assignment. It outlines that students should: 1) Complete a story map in class for 5 points that can be used to draft their autobiographical incident essay. They should include their name and can copy ideas from their student pages. 2) Use the completed story map to write a rough draft of their autobiographical incident essay that describes one important personal experience with dialogue and vivid details. 3) The rough draft will be due the following Friday and students will participate in peer review workshops the following Monday to discuss their drafts.
