Goal Setting
Defining Goal “ The purpose towards which an endeavour is directed”
“ Challenging Goals”
Setting up the goals The way you go about it…
5 step formula…
Be Specific…
Write it down… The greatest buildings have first appeared on paper; similarly, the great objectives of our lives also have to first appear on paper before they can be turned into our realities.
Set deadlines… Setting deadlines forces us to be efficient in reaching our objectives, because it reminds us that we don’t have all the time in the world to reach them.
Prioritize… To ensure that we won’t be making progress on a less important goal at the expense of a more important goal
Balance… Set goals in all the important areas of life
“ Dare to dream, Care to achieve.”
Never fear or hate exam and be confident.
Exam Fear or Stress is not at all bad. It is a strong incentive for students to study. It poses a challenge for individual achievement. It can be positive, helping you to study motivated & focussed. Low levels of stress are manageable, infact necessary & normal.
But.. If U fear too much & start taking things out of their perspective.. Then it may be really harmful..
Nervousness Mental blocks Difficulty organizing thoughts Difficulty concentrating on questions Forgetting answers after the test is over
Offer Namaz regularly with Jamat. Read the Holy Quran daily. Be good to your Parents.
O my Lord! Open for me my chest (grant me self-confidence, contentment, and boldness) And ease my task for me; And make loose the knot (the defect) from my tongue, (i.e. remove the incorrectness from my speech) That they understand my speech. (20:25-28) “ My Lords! Increase me in knowledge.”
Prepare a good time table. Failing to plan is planning to fail
“ We all have time to either spend or waste and it is our decision what to do with it. But once passed, it is gone forever.” -- Bruce Lee
Time is Money. Two spent dollars may be the same but two spent hours are never the same.
