It discusses the origin and processing of green tea and black tea, including differences in oxidation. Health benefits are described for both teas, with green tea noted to aid weight loss due to catechins promoting fat burning. A study found that consuming green tea extract led to slight weight decrease in subjects over 90 days. In conclusion, green tea is highlighted as the more potent antioxidant compared to black tea due to higher catechin content.
Essential oils are volatile (quickly evaporating) aromatic fluids extracted from plants through steam distillation, or in the case of citrus fruits through expression (or cold pressing) of the rind to obtain an oil that retains a juicy, fresh fruit scent.
Various extraction methods are used in the manufacture and extraction of essential oils, and the method used is normally dependant on what type of botanical material is being used.
East or West, drinking tea has been regarded for years as key to health, wisdom, and happiness. In fact, tea is second to water as the most widely consumed beverage in the world. Up to now, scientists are still determining the many health benefits of various types of tea.

Evaluation of Betel Leaves Piper Betel for Enhancing Shelf Life of Ghee Heat ...ijtsrd
Betel leaves was evaluated as an antioxidant to enhance the shelf life of ghee heat clarified milk fat against oxidative deterioration. Addition of betel leaves at final stage of heat clarification was found more effective in controlling oxidative deterioration of the ghee than that of the initial stage of heat clarification. The optimum rate for use of betel leaves in treatment of ghee was found 0.3 . The addition of betel leaves 0.3 of the expected yield of ghee at the final stage of the heat clarification in preparation of ghee found highly effective in retarding its oxidative deterioration during storage. It was even more effective than most popular synthetic antioxidant BHA. Kapadiya Dhartiben B. | Aparnathi K. D.
