Introduction It is a process of exchanging  information, signals, massage. A process of sending and receiving verbal and non verbal messages Considered effective when achieves desired response or feedback It is a two way process. It is a reciprocal process. 3

Non-verbal communication Consists of that part of a message that is not encoded in words Often reveals the sender’s feelings Always occurs in context, or framework Way of walking  body movement  dressing  eye contact  10

Sender / encoder Clear from its name If the message is in written form then the writer is encoder If the message is in oral form then the speaker is encoder Should express the message in such a way that he get the desired reaction/feedback 13
Receiver / encoder Reader or Listener of the message Here the message sinks Influenced by non-verbal factors (e.g) taste, touch, smell 14
context The thoughts/idea that comes in sender’s mind  When you delivered that idea to others then it become message 15
