2. What is a commissionupdate?
A commission is the updated or newer version of the commission that is shared by Paytm Mall in case of any change in the commission structure.
• Promotional Events keep on runningto boost your sales. So, if there are any changes made in the commission duringsuch
Promotional Campaigns, you’ll be notified with a commission update.

• If there is any policy change in Paytm Mall, the updated commission will be sent to you on your Panel.

• If you add any new Category to your catalogue, you will receive an updated commission request.

Reasons behind a commission update-

3. How to approve the updated commission?
Click on the Download tabto downloadand view the CSV file
that contains the updated commission details
Onceyou havelogged in to thepanel, the newcommission structurewill be visible to you. You will be requiredto approve thesame.

4. How to approve the updated commission?
In case you do not take any action within the given timeline,
the commission will be auto-approved by the system

Click on the Approvetab
To approve the updated commission, follow these steps -

In case of any variation, you can also rejectthe updated commission
Click on the Reject tab

7. How to approve the updated commission?
Enter the reason for rejection Click on the Ok tab
Note-Inthe case of rejection, all payments for the orders fulfilledduring the validityperiod(for that specific category)will beprocessed as per the current/standard commission.

Click on the Proceedtab

Click on the Payments tab Click on the Commission & Approvaltab
To check the commission approval status follow these steps -

You can check the commission approval status by applying the date and search filters

Click on the Search tabto apply the search filter & Submit

Here,you have to select the commission status and click on Submit
Actionablecommission-checkthe status of your actionablecommissions
Pending commissions-checkthe status of your pending commissions
Rejectedcommissions-checkthe status of your rejected commissions
Approvedcommissions-checkthe status of your commissionswhich have been approved

Note – Incaseof any issue regarding Commission charged, a request should be raised with Support within 3 months of the order date. Anydispute after this timeline will not be entertained and
the commission charged will be deemed to be final and accepted.
