When a product is cancelled by a customer after shipping, you can check it in Returns Before
Delivery stage
Click on Returns1.

Note – You can raise ticket for Return before delivery POD (proof of delivery) within 10 days from the date of
Return before delivery marked. Ticket raised beyond 10 days from the date will not be entertained.

customer requests for a
return while the product
is in transit, you’ll be
able to see the product

When after cancellation

brought for quality check before it is dispatched further to you

• RPC Shipped
