   Within any magazine, a
    colour scheme is used.
    This makes the entire
    magazine ‘belong
    together’ as each
    individual page will have
    a similar shade/colour.
   For example; a fashion
    magazine directed to a
    female audience usually
    holds a bright and colourful
    scheme. However
    stereotypically, a female
    colour scheme will initially
    hold the colour pink :
   Colours can be associated to certain feelings and
    emotions. For example: red, oranges and yellow
    are classed as warmer colours where as blues are
    classed as cooler shades.
   Other colours can hold a rougher look depending
    on the material around it. An example of this is a
    rock music magazine:
The use of black,
   red ,yellow and
white this magazine
   holds a rougher
 look than a typical
  ‘girly’ magazine.
  However, this will
attract the audience
Kerrang! Hopes for.
 The magazine will appear
  unprofessional due to a variety of
  colours
 Targeted audience perhaps could
  be blurred
 The magazine will look
  dysfunctional and un-organised.
