SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
For the past 11 years I have been employed in healthcare education. Starting out as an Instructor in the medical assisting program
for Americare School of Nursing, where I was able to get the medical assisting pass rate for their certification test from 33% pass
rate to 70% pass rate, which is the national average for that exam. As one of the 5 directors of Lincoln Technical Institute (bought
us out in 2009) on the Fern Park, Florida Campus, being the Director of Career Services, my objective has been to increase retention
and placement on our campus. My team (3) and I went from 67% placement in 2009 to 84% placement in 2014. I was honored to
say that our career services team became #1 in the company for healthcare placement that year. Since then as Director of
Placement, I have been able to maintain an excellent placement % for all of our programs, ending 2016 with an across the board
placement of 83 %. While increasing our placement and graduation rates we continued to focus and maintain all credentialing
requirement for AHES and CIE. Prior to healthcare education, I was privileged to be the office manager for Atlantic Women’s
Medical Group, Long Branch NJ.

• Main Objective: Job Placement for Graduate Students in the Medical Field
• Responsible for a team of three career services advisors who reported directly to me
• 2014 # 1 in Job Placement for healthcare related placements coming in at 84%
• 2016 Job placement is 83% across the board, medical assisting with x-ray being placed at 100%
• Responsible for department budget, worked with the Business office to create a working budget
• Daily meetings with team to see where we were in terms of placement for each program
• Conducted weekly training sessions with the advisors

• As a team we assisted 100 % of Students with resume writing, and prep
