An interactive system is a piece of software or a device which requires human input. It consists of a
user interface which the user interacts with to access the underlying functions, described formally in
code. This allows the user to easily manipulate the system in order to complete some task. An
important subset of interactive systems is safety critical interactive systems (a system in which errors
can lead to injury or even death to the user). Unfortunately, the testing of these systems is currently
inadequate, resulting in serious harm or even fatalities (see [1] [2]).
A test is de ned in the Oxford Dictionary as: A procedure intended to establish the quality,
performance, or reliability of something, especially before it is taken into widespread use ; [3]. The
purpose of interactive system testing is not only to ensure that the system does what it is expected to,
but also to identify problems within the current version of the system. The resolution of these
problems will help to establish the quality, performance and/or reliability [3] of the system and help to
avoid future incidents.
In this research we propose using interaction sequences as an abstraction of the system under test to

the tenth grade curriculum. Black Boy is an autobiography about the author Richard Wright s life. It

is a huge blow for someone trying to retain some humanity.
One great difference between the two men is that Merrick was able to communicate if he had
something to write on, whereas Gregor was not able to communicate well at all. Merrick wrote letters

Imagine being told that you are loved, and then are treated like you are worth nothing. This is a reality
for the women in Hamlet written by William Shakespeare; Gertrude and Ophelia. Women in the 1600s
were seen as objects with no value and were only there for the convenience of the male in their life.
Gertrude and Ophelia are the only two female characters in the play, and there are many males in the
play that treat them with disrespect. Hamlet is the big offender of these two women in the play. The
relationship between Ophelia and Hamlet is confusing because it goes back and forth, where Hamlet
loves Ophelia, to where he never loved her, disrespecting her beyond belief. Gertrude, Hamlet s
mother, is married to Claudius, King Hamlet s brother, and this frustrates Hamlet. Hamlet lashes out at
Gertrude for this marriage, being mistreated by her own son. In Hamlet, both main characters are
portrayed as objects with little to no significance and are treated with no respect by their male
counterparts. Ophelia, Hamlet s lustful partner, is shown the most disrespect throughout the play.
Ophelia s whole life is centered around her father, and the play allows Ophelia no mind of her own;
instead it has her minding her father s precepts (Johnson 111). This is supported by the text when she
says, I do not know, my lord, what I should think (1.3.113). She just tries to please her father. Ophelia
admits to Polonius that she has a relationship with Hamlet and he exclaims, In few, Ophelia,/ Do not
believe his vows (1.3.135 136). He wants her to have nothing to do with Hamlet and she simply
obeys. One things is clear to her auditors, however: whatever she is saying, it relates to her father

Blindness Analysis Blindness is a motif that is seen throughout the play, whether it be literal or
figurative blindness. The play revolves around the idea of blindness and almost all the characters at
one point suffer from a point of being blind and oblivious to their surroundings. The first time we see
blindness is with King Lear, in the very first scene of the play. King Lear is attempting to divide the
kingdom between his three daughters. However Lear is blind to the fact that his two eldest daughters

the capital, Belfast transformed into a war zone, and walls were built to prevent the groups from

Examples Of Power In The Tempest
Shakespeare s retirement play The Tempest mainly focuses on the used of power; the will to control
over others. Power seems to be the main theme throughout the play as it is manifested by different
characters either in a good way or as the case may be, bad. The protagonist Prospero is the main
character that holds majority of the power, both magical and political. Tempest, which was written in
the early 1600s, shows how characters like Prospero, Antonio and even Caliban plus others exert
power over the weak and the willing. The significance of the different elements of power; Political
power, Magical powers and most of all, the Power of Love is examined in Shakespeare s The Tempest.
Prospero, the Duke of Milan is in a power tussle with his brother Antonio that gets him exiled from
the City for not being more concerned about the welfare of Milan. Prospero was always more
interested in books and the supernatural things he entailed that he neglected his duties as the Duke to
