services sector and its economic activities are related with people with disabilities,
mainly because stray dogs are going to be trained to be a helpful tool and company for
deaf, blind and people with other disabilities; and community service in general.
Situational Analysis:
* Who are your competitors and what products and services do they offer?
Institutions dedicated to canine training
* What is the current political, economic, social, and technological climate?
Disabilities people need help from guiding dogs and stray dogs need inclusion in
society
• Where are the opportunities for growth?
Sector of inclusion with the community and assistance to people with disabilities
Target Market: Disability people of any age.
Marketing Strategy:
* What products and services will you offer?
Dogs are going to be trained to be a helpful tool and company for deaf, blind and people
with other disabilities; and community service in general.
* What will your pricing strategy be?
The price will be set according to factors of the care of the animals while they are trained
• What sales channels will you use?
Online sales, face to face presentation, Triptychs, etc.
• What is your business’s Unique Value Proposition? Why should potential customers
buy from you?
Because this is an innovative project that left three parties veneered, the customer or
consumer, the enterprise and the animal trained who did not have a house.
Marketing Tactics: Advertising will be the first main method to market the business.
Budget and Action Plan: The day-to-day tasks I’ll undertake to achieve my marketing goals
will be give the service known through advertising, Allocating 25 percent of my capital to this
purpose.

Disabilities people need help from guiding dogs and stray dogs need inclusion in society • Where are the opportunities for growth? Sector of inclusion with the community and assistance to people with disabilities
  • 3. Target Market: Disability people of any age. Marketing Strategy: * What products and services will you offer? Dogs are going to be trained to be a helpful tool and company for deaf, blind and people with other disabilities; and community service in general. * What will your pricing strategy be? The price will be set according to factors of the care of the animals while they are trained • What sales channels will you use? Online sales, face to face presentation, Triptychs, etc. • What is your business’s Unique Value Proposition? Why should potential customers buy from you? Because this is an innovative project that left three parties veneered, the customer or consumer, the enterprise and the animal trained who did not have a house.
