This document presents a project called Chota Kisaan that aims to modernize Pakistani farming techniques. It proposes developing a fully automated farming system using sensors and devices controlled by an Arduino board to optimize crop yields, reduce costs, and help meet the country's increasing food demands. The system would gather soil moisture, temperature, humidity and other data to help farmers remotely manage their entire farm using analytics and automated irrigation and water pumps. This is presented as a way to help Pakistan's agriculture industry, which employs 43% of the population but uses outdated methods, grow more efficiently to cater to the rising population.
