Guiding Question – How do the Chinese tell a story through movement?
AOI – C&S - HI– How do the Chinese view the world?
ALT – How do we work together?
    - How do we reflect and evaluate?

TASK: To create a movement piece for performance.

You must:
    Choose a group. The minimum number in a group is 3.
    Choose a piece of Chinese music.
    Create movements, which complement the music .
    You can use Fan dancing or Tai Chi.
    Perform the piece in front of an audience.


TIME: The performance must last for a minimum of 1 minute.

You will be assessed on:

CRITERIA B – GROUP WORK

      Your concentration during the performance
      Your support of the group
      Your giving and listening of ideas
      How you help shape the performance

CRITERIA D – CLASS PARTICIPATION

      How you control your learning
      Participation in class discussions
      How you treat your classmates
      How you use your rehearsal time

CRITERIA A & C - will be assessed in your Developmental Workbook. As well
as the questions given in class, you could
     Write up the rehearsal process – what you did.
     Comment on how you and your group worked.
     Comment on feedback and what you might change.
