•One who give or add something which is beneficial
to the society.
• Contributors are full of Human values and effectiveness.

What is success?

7. Since you are a successful…Sir, how do you take your work..?

• I always take work as a challenge not only in this
teaching field but each work that I don’t know and our
commitment is more important.

8. During your long successful carrier, you might have
some challenges, how do you take it..? as an
opportunities or as a hurdles ?
• I always take it as an opportunity because hurdles
are the short term solution. And I want to prove
my ability so I take Challenge as an opportunity.
• If I will take it as hurdles then it shows my inability.

9. Sir, according to you , What is your
Contribution to organization and how do you
relate it to society..?
• I always ready to help those student who really needs education but
can’t get an opportunity….

10. Can you give me any example of your personal
experience in which you demonstrate “you can do”
attitude and “overcome the “Fear of Failure”?
•When I started teaching, at that time I feel the fear of failure.
But after some time, I realized that it’s an opportunity for me
to share my knowledge and provide best guidance to my
students.

11. What is your message or advice for the
future engineers..or any suggestions for
youth ?
•I really believe that youth can change the life. To become a
popular person do the right things for right people in right way.
•And there is no problem if you make a mistake. but learn from
your mistake and achieve success.
