According to me ....
Who is a contributor?
 Contributor is a person who demonstrates
concern for the human beings, he serves
during his work.
 Contributors try their best to solve the
problems and get the solutions that can help
the society.
 Contributors are those who contribute to
the environment along with the society.
Contributor’s goal of the life:
 The personality whom I have chosen takes
his work both as a goal as well as a challenge.
 As he is a civil engineer, so his goal is to
complete his work in a given interval of time
and he believes that the work should be
effective.
 During his project work there were many
hurdles in between his work both from
government sectors as well as from the local
people . But after that too ,he managed to
work very well in his field.
 So he takes his work as a challenge.
Qualities to become successful
employee:
 To become a successful employee he does
his work with the subordinate staff politely .
Group discussion with subordinate staff
members helps him to achieve & complete
the work within the time for
implementation of work.
Job satisfaction:
 The personality I have chosen believes in
internal satisfaction and as well as external
satisfaction.
 The work of the civil engineer is to build up
a bridge, road ,government buildings ,etc..
 And the utility of the work among the
society is external satisfaction for him.
 The quality work and completion of work
within a given time is internal satisfaction
Work with juniors:
 Sometimes the juniors or subordinates staff are not
working properly .
 First of all In such situation he thinks that the work
can go in his favour by finding the reason behind
their such behaviour. If the reason is personal and
can be shared then he tries to give a helping hand to
them.
 Secondly, if the reason is lack of knowledge about
the project then he finds it more suitable to get them
acquainted with the complete knowledge about the
same.
 In this way he makes his juniors work.
Work with seniors:
 The person which I have chosen to explain
his ideas and projects to his seniors and if
his seniors have any problems in it then he
tries to solve those problems by repeatedly
meeting his seniors to take their advice to
solve it and try to convince them for the
project.
Contribution to society:
• Being a civil engineer ,he believes in the
fruitful execution of the work done by him.
He wants that every person should be
benefitted by the work he does. In this way
by his effective work he contributes to the
society.
Advice to the future engineers:
 His advise to the future engineers is that
they should take their work as an
opportunity and as a challenge. Further he
adds that by doing so, they can progress
more and more and this will help them in
facing the hurdles coming in their ways.
Conclusion :
• According to me Mr. Shah is a contributor.
• And I would like to thank to the Mr. Shah
to allow me to take his interview and also for
sharing his views with me.

  • 5. According to me .... Who is a contributor?  Contributor is a person who demonstrates concern for the human beings, he serves during his work.  Contributors try their best to solve the problems and get the solutions that can help the society.  Contributors are those who contribute to the environment along with the society.
  • 6. Contributor’s goal of the life:  The personality whom I have chosen takes his work both as a goal as well as a challenge.  As he is a civil engineer, so his goal is to complete his work in a given interval of time and he believes that the work should be effective.
  • 7.  During his project work there were many hurdles in between his work both from government sectors as well as from the local people . But after that too ,he managed to work very well in his field.  So he takes his work as a challenge.
  • 8. Qualities to become successful employee:  To become a successful employee he does his work with the subordinate staff politely . Group discussion with subordinate staff members helps him to achieve & complete the work within the time for implementation of work.
  • 9. Job satisfaction:  The personality I have chosen believes in internal satisfaction and as well as external satisfaction.  The work of the civil engineer is to build up a bridge, road ,government buildings ,etc..  And the utility of the work among the society is external satisfaction for him.  The quality work and completion of work within a given time is internal satisfaction
  • 10. Work with juniors:  Sometimes the juniors or subordinates staff are not working properly .  First of all In such situation he thinks that the work can go in his favour by finding the reason behind their such behaviour. If the reason is personal and can be shared then he tries to give a helping hand to them.  Secondly, if the reason is lack of knowledge about the project then he finds it more suitable to get them acquainted with the complete knowledge about the same.  In this way he makes his juniors work.
  • 11. Work with seniors:  The person which I have chosen to explain his ideas and projects to his seniors and if his seniors have any problems in it then he tries to solve those problems by repeatedly meeting his seniors to take their advice to solve it and try to convince them for the project.
  • 12. Contribution to society: • Being a civil engineer ,he believes in the fruitful execution of the work done by him. He wants that every person should be benefitted by the work he does. In this way by his effective work he contributes to the society.
  • 13. Advice to the future engineers:  His advise to the future engineers is that they should take their work as an opportunity and as a challenge. Further he adds that by doing so, they can progress more and more and this will help them in facing the hurdles coming in their ways.
  • 14. Conclusion : • According to me Mr. Shah is a contributor. • And I would like to thank to the Mr. Shah to allow me to take his interview and also for sharing his views with me.
