This chapter discusses different future tenses in English: the simple future tense using "will" plus the base verb form to talk about decisions, speculations, expectations or assumptions about the future; the future continuous tense using "will be" plus the "-ing" form of the verb to refer to activities that will be in progress at a certain time in the future; and the future perfect tense using "will have" plus the past participle to refer to actions that will be completed before a specified time in the future. Examples are provided for each future tense.
