Certified life skills and wellness coach program

  • 2. A program designed to train professional Wellness coaches, with a wide variety of backgrounds from H R professional’s doctors, therapists, health auxiliaries and physical fitness trainers come to pursue a career in health & wellness industry.
  • 3.  It is a systematic wellness and lifestyle coaching process, based on behavioral change psychology, human motivation, basic medical sciences, holistic nutrition, cultural dynamics , wellness business and social psychology to deliver professional coaching competencies and skills they need to help their clients make lasting lifestyle changes for wellness.
  • 4.  Training in wellness coaching helps healthcare and wellness professionals to shift the responsibility for behavioral change to the individuals themselves.  Learning to create a true alliance with their “Wellness coach”, the individual discovers how to better form needed alliances with others and ask their environment for what they need.
  • 5. A wellness coach Together the client and the wellness coach create and execute wellness plan / map that will help the client to achieve their lifestyle improvement goals in any and all areas of wellness.
  • 6.  1. Participants will demonstrate proficiency in the Wellness mapping for wellness coaching and the use of the materials and tools.  2. Participants will demonstrate knowledge and the ability to use "Readiness for Change" to support clients forward movement toward health & wellbeing
