practice skills in their daily lives,
in order to integrate them to their
new patient routine.
Knowledge/skills that we aim to teach our learners
Fatigue Management
1) Understand factors that lead to fatigue
2) Identify factors that cause fatigue for them
3) Discover strategies to improve conditions
4) Implement & self-monitor
Six Facets of Understanding
1. Explain
a. Know personal health condition and what to do to improve.
b. Know and identify factors that can cause fatigue.
2. Interpret
a. Understand the consequence of self behaviors about dietary, exercise and emotion management.
3. Apply
a. Create a personalized plan for identified strategies using Assistant Tool.
b. Experiment with the six strategies to make plans for fatigue management.
4. Perspective
a. Identify effective personal strategies.
5. Empathize
a. Share successful new strategies with the community in the Platform.
6. Self-knowledge
a. Consciously monitor self behaviors and proactively plan self-managed life.

Understand the consequence of self behaviors about dietary, exercise and emotion management. 3. Apply a. Create a personalized plan for identified strategies using Assistant Tool. b. Experiment with the six strategies to make plans for fatigue management. 4. Perspective a. Identify effective personal strategies. 5. Empathize a. Share successful new strategies with the community in the Platform. 6. Self-knowledge a. Consciously monitor self behaviors and proactively plan self-managed life.

  3. The self-management skills we aim to teach revolves around fatigue. In short, fatigue is a chronic condition that drains your energy. However, it’s important to note that it is not all in the mind, as a lot of people think. We would like to teach our learners methods of fatigues management. We will provide them with the information they need to understand the various factors that lead to fatigue, and consequently, they will be able to identify the specific factors that cause fatigue for them on an individual level. Then, they will acquire knowledge regarding strategies that can use, which will be implemented into their daily lives, and the changes/progress/journey will be tracked and visualized.
