In this review of secondary research, we sought to understand the mechanisms to motivate self-learners and imagine a first high-level prototype, as part of concept explorations.

a. Understand the consequence of self behaviors about dietary, exercise and emotion management.

a. Create a personalized plan for identified strategies using Assistant Tool.
b. Experiment with the six strategies to make plans for fatigue management.
