The self-management skills we aim to teach revolves around fatigue. In short, fatigue is a chronic condition that drains your energy. However, it’s important to note that it is not all in the mind, as a lot of people think.
We would like to teach our learners methods of fatigues management.
We will provide them with the information they need to understand the various factors that lead to fatigue, and consequently, they will be able to identify the specific factors that cause fatigue for them on an individual level.
Then, they will acquire knowledge regarding strategies that can use, which will be implemented into their daily lives, and the changes/progress/journey will be tracked and visualized.
