- 2. CASE NO. 660F Consider a request of James Bastoni, Imagine Built Homes, owner, for the significance review of the existing main structure located at 171 Barilla Place under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 in order to demolish 100% of the existing main structure.
- 3. SUMMARY The applicant is seeking to demolish 100% of the existing main structure.
- 4. 4 BACKGROUND Zoned MF-D Northwest intersection of Barilla and N. New Braunfels Ave. The structure is a 2-4 unit multi-family dwelling constructed in 1915.

- 6. 6 POLICY ANALYSIS 3,529 sq. ft. multi-family dwelling built in 1915. 400 sq. ft. detached carport constructed in 1985. Staff has reviewed the property and has not found any evidence that the home was built by a noted architect, belongs to a distinct architectural style, or has any major historical significance.

- 11. 11 ARB RECOMMENDATION Held a public hearing on March 21, 2017. Found no significance in the existing structure. Approved of the demolition request.
