• The first things in our mind when we hear STRESS are
usually… Worry, Tension, Pressure, etc.. But stress isn't all
BAD.
• Moderate levels of stress may actually improve performance
and efficiency.
• Some stress can be Happy, Exciting and Challenging
• We need stress in life. Without it, life will be dull.
