Session Title: Properties of Parallel Lines Cut by Transversal
Session Objectives: At the end of the session, learners will be able to:
a) Define parallel lines cut by transversal
b) State all the properties of parallel lines cut by transversal
c) Actively engage in reflecting experiences in real life problems
Key Concepts:  Definition of Parallel lines
 Definition of transversal
 Properties of a parallel lines cut by transversal
 Knowledge in Algebra is very useful in solving parallel lines cut by transversal

Warm-Up
10 mins Activity: Hanap sa Map!
Materials: Cartolina, pentelpen, ruler
 The learners will identify the given pair of place in a map portraying parallel lines cut by
transversal
B. Concept
Exploration
15 mins Activity: Pares Pares.
Materials: printed materials, cut outs
 the learners will be given cutouts with a letters corresponds to the angles in a parallel lines cut by
transversal, then as the teacher state the property, the learners will look for their pair.
C. Valuing 20 mins Activity: My value is You.
Materials: Powerpoint
