Slides from the presentation I gave on Agile Experience Design. Look at the first slide. Someone delivered that. Someone signed it off. Someone had to use it. And they cried. It needn't be like that. This is how to make delightfully designed software faster. Test, learn, fail fast, succeed at speed.
Novice entrepreneurs who start the lean startup process with a "plausible" idea that doesn't fit with their team run the risk of failure in the validation process. While this isn't the end of the world since they'd have managed to avoid a failed launch, this situation can be avoided by starting with a problem worth solving!
Be Like the Internet - 8 steps to success in a post 2.0 worldThor
This is v1.0 of a presentation that Lane Becker and Thor Muller are workshopping. It was delivered for the first time at WebVisions in Portland, ... less Oregon.
How big businesses can innovate like start ups through IntrapreneurshipMike Allen
Innovation is hard! Necessary, but hard. The number one reason why organisations fail at innovation is generally the organisation. Culture, systems, processes and behaviours can be the greatest inhibitor. Intrapreneurship (the pursuit of intrapreneurial behaviours but within the corporate setting) is an approach that allows organisations to exploit the creativity and talents within their organisation whilst in side-stepping the barriers.
I Want My MVP (Digital Project Management Summit 2014)Anthony Armendariz
Presented by Anthony Armendariz and Danielle Moser from Funsize at the Digital Project Management Summit 2014 - Austin, Texas.

The Minimum Viable Product (or MVP) is the first shippable version of a product containing purely core features, distributed as a test release in order to create useful feedback for the most basic features. Planning for a MVP release requires the Product Owner to know how to organize and prioritize a dense backlog of features, but in an agile environment with a diverse team and uniquely talented vendors we posit they need not do it alone.
Different lenses for knowing what MVP means to your internal and external team so you can know if you are building the right thing.
What must the MVP consist of to be meaningful to the target user? What’s the best way to phase out the release of everything else? What can be cut completely? Basic agile/lean design project management techniques. Important conflict resolution and emotional management techniques. How to sell it with a "Flexible Scope Retainer".

https://bit.ly/BabeSideDoll4u Babeside is a company that specializes in creating handcrafted reborn dolls. These dolls are designed to be incredibly lifelike, with realistic skin tones and hair, and they have become increasingly popular among collectors and those who use them for therapeutic purposes. At Babeside, we believe that our reborn dolls can provide comfort and healing to anyone who needs it.
The Healing Power of Babeside's Handcrafted Creations
Our reborn dolls are more than just beautiful pieces of art - they can also help alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Studies have shown that holding or cuddling a soft object like a stuffed animal or a reborn doll can release oxytocin, which is often referred to as the "love hormone." This hormone helps us feel calm and relaxed, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
In addition to their physical benefits, reborn dolls can also offer emotional support. For many people, having something to care for and nurture can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Reborn dolls can also serve as a reminder of happy memories or loved ones who have passed away.
Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
