1. Cast
Isobel will be playing our protagonist. We have decided to choose her as she
also did drama GCSE and performed excellently. We also believe she will take
the role of this character very seriously. Isobel looks like a normal 17 year old
girl, this creates personal identity for our target audience of 15-24.

2. We have chosen to use Ganesh as one of our actors as he did drama GCSE and
performed extremely well so we think he will give a great performance. He is also
a boarder so it is very convenient and therefore he will be at our location everyday.
We have chosen to have different nationalities in our production as this links to
the representation that this situation could happen to anyone. Our genre of horror
attracts the mass market (our primary audience) however our company being
independent will also attract the niche and sophisticated audience which is why
we have decided to use different nationalities.

3. We have chosen Ines to act for us as she also did drama GCSE and is a
boarder so she would always be on our location. Ines also has the
appearance of a normal teenage girl, this will provide our audience with
personal identity and connote that the situation can happen to anyone.

4. We have chosen Niamh to act for us as we believe she will also take the
production seriously and create a great performance.

5. We have chosen Marshall to act for us as he also boards so
he will be available everyday.
