We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

2. BELLA, SPENCER, ESMÉ AND AMELIA
• These are the group of four friends who are travelling together for their weekend
trip. Spencer is the nerdy one from the group who discovers the past of the pub they
are staying in which is when they begin to notice the strange events happening
around them.
• Bella is the friend in the group who needs most care in tough situations as she tends
to get frightened easily. Esmé is the mother of the group who brings everyone
together and makes sure everyone is feeling okay. Amelia is the rebellious and brave
character who has the confidence to investigate more into the frightening situations.
• Each character will be portrayed by female sixth form students, aged from 17-18.
3. CHARACTERS
Claudia Ionescu ( middle) will be playing the
role of Esme.
Natalia Kazmierczak (left) will be playing the
role of Amelia.
I will be playing the role of Bella. We chose
these girls to be the actors in the trailer as
since we are friends we felt we would be able to
present the idea of friendship in the trailer
which is highly important when trying to help
the audience react emotionally.
4. DAMON
• We decided on naming our antagonist Damon, who is the grandson of the owner of
the pub. His grandfather is the man who committed the horrible acts towards guests
who stayed at his pub which is something Damon is fully aware of, yet he hides this
from the girls. He is slightly demented and there is something not quite right about
him.
• Damon is introduced to the girls first when they arrive at the pub asking for help
fixing their car.
• He will be portrayed by a university drama student called Razvan.
5. DAMON
The character of Damon will be played by a
University student studying drama named
Razvan Suigo. We decided to use him not only
because he has experience with acting but also
because he looked like a slightly
unconventional antagonist (blonde hair, not as
physically large) as we felt this would make
him appear more strange and unusual.
