A 7-year-old female patient named Zeba Fatima was admitted to the pediatric department for 2 days with symptoms of cough, fever, chills, and shortness of breath. Diagnostic tests showed pneumonia. She was prescribed intravenous cefotoxime and ampicillin antibiotics along with oral paracetamol and loratadine. After undergoing this treatment, her pneumonia was cured.
