Amol booked a table at Moti Restaurant for 15 people to celebrate Diwali. Four days before, he called to increase it to 20 people but the restaurant claimed he did not. On the day, the table was only for 15. The restaurant was full and could not accommodate the extra guests. Amol and some others had to wait outside for over an hour before being seated. Amol was unhappy with the poor service and decided to never return to Moti Restaurant.
