A 50-year-old woman presented with vaginal bleeding. Ultrasound detected an ovarian mass that was cystic with septations and solid components. MRI further showed enhancement concerning for ovarian cancer. Her CA125 blood marker was elevated at 125 U/mL. She underwent surgery and microscopic examination confirmed a diagnosis of serous cystadenocarcinoma, an ovarian cancer. Her case highlights the value of ultrasound, MRI, and blood markers in diagnosing ovarian cancer.
