This document discusses blended learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and plans for the future. It summarizes feedback from students, staff, and parents on their experiences with blended learning during the pandemic. Some students, teachers, and courses were better suited to blended learning than others. Moving forward, the focus will be on avoiding abruptly ending blended learning practices, celebrating innovation, and building networks to support more personalized, engaging, and equitable teaching and learning while developing digital skills and resilience for students.
