THE SITE IS GENTLY SLOPING OVERLOOKING THE LAKE. THE NATURAL
CONTOUR OF THE SITE IS TO BE USED TO CREATE STEPPED PLATFORMS WITH
RESIDENTIAL, RECREATIONAL AND ACADEMIC ZONES IN DIFFERENT LEVEL
WHICH WILL SEGREGATE THE ZONES WHILE NATURALLY IMPLYING SANCTITY
TOWARDS THE PLACE OF LEARNING (ACADEMIC ZONE)
ADAVANTAGE: THE WIND FLOWS FROM NORTH-EAST TO SOUTH-WEST. BY
ACHIEVING STEPPED GROUND LEVEL, THE SPACES WILL ENTIRELY UTILISE THE
NATURAL WIND WITHOUT ANY OBSTRUCTION.
THE ACADEMIC BLOCK WILL NATURALLY SHADE OVER THE INTERMEDIATE
RECREATIONAL ZONE THEREBY PROTECTING THE STUDENTS FROM

A LIBRARY OF INDIAN POETRY, GALLERY OF CONTEMPORARY ART,
WORKSHOP OF SCULPTURE. ITS CONCEPT OF COURTYARDS
REFLECTS THE IDEA OF CORREA’S MAZE OR PUZZLE PLANNING IN
BHARAT BHAVAN.
